Dinner with the Cobbs

May 19th - In addition to it being Barb's birthday, I got the opportunity to meet two more absolutely wonderful people...Phil and Elaine Codd. - - - Karen and Ralph first met the Codds as they are neighbors to the first property they purchased in the U.P. of Michigan. Talk about two wonderful people! Phil holds the distinction of being one of the first 36 Army Green Berets. He also owns, and has raised hunting dogs that have competed. Elaine is such a sweet person and keeps busy leading the local women's golf league. - - - Together, they not only make a great couple, but awesome chefs. They had Ralph and I over for a Walleye dinner...and it was awesome!!! Phil and Elaine spend their time in the summer in the U.P. and Alabama in the winter time. While enjoying the food, company and talk, I also enjoyed the decor of their home. - - - Thanks for the wonderful evening!
